Fat loss in your abdomen can only come from a consistent program of cardiovascular exercise and a nutrition plan low in sugar and refined carbohydrates. Read these words: you CAN eat carbs!! Complex or simple carbs in minimal portions. Along with a good program to help you burn the fat, toning the abdominal muscles will make them stronger and look more defined.

Good article.
A nice video with a nice article.
A nice video and medical information.
Nice video. I also believe that quality is more important than quantity when doing ab workouts.
This is such a great article. I think this is important info for all women. Just wanted to say thanks.
I sent this to all my family. Wonderful article and what great info and tips. Thank you.
Great article and video. She really broke down how to target the problem areas and not necessarily working on the "lower" abs. Do you know if she has more videos that I can watch?
Interesting video. Our abdominal muscles are the hardest part to tone since we need to eat everyday in order to function. However a strict diet and exercise can get you the results you want. She does a great explanation on our target areas. Thanks!
Your information will be very useful for me. I can see that you are an expert in this area. Thanks for all your help.
Abs are the trickiest spot to lose weight for women, in my opinion! There's just something about that area that does NOT want to budge - thanks for this article, I think it could be exactly the help I need to get those last few pounds off!

Thank you for this article! I've spent the last year working so hard to get into shape and my abs are the one area still lagging. I'll definitely be trying some of the stuff covered in the video.
Getting your abs into shape is the hardest thing on earth. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this article! I was trying and working so hard last year to get into shape and my abs are the one area still lagging.
